These dry carbon mirror covers are made through a pre-preg and dry process, which involves vacuum forming a sheet of carbon fiber into a mold at temperatures of around 200-300℃. This process allows the carbon fiber to form into a strong and lightweight composite.
 
Covers are 0.3mm in thickness, and won't look bulky after installation.
