The New Gen line is our newest turbos for 2024.

By no means are these hybrid turbos (these are Oem location turbos & thats about all that is Oem about them) tbh all our turbos are Oem location & never a true conventional hybrid turbo. That term gets mistakenly thrown around often & the ones that tested our New Gen line of turbos can testify to that as all of them came off large custom kits or had them in the past.

The new Ultra Flow X is replacing the current Ultra Flow.

Features a much larger exhaust manifold, spools instant (test car made 35psi by 2900 rpms & never stops pulling to redline). This turbo overall out performs the current Ultra Flow & can make 730+Whp with a huge power band from mid 2000s - 7000rpms. This is the perfect all around turbo especially for Rd racing etc & doesn't just make a quick brief peak hp # but a huge average of power across a broad range of rpms. 034 Motorsports, Injen to name a few & Dinan Style is another good choice for cars under 28psi

At some point you will need a proper exhaust especially if running hard often & usually around 28psi on the BMW & much sooner on the Supra (24psi)Dinan or Arm Motorsports 3.25" mid-section for F series is perfect for most but for guys running mid 30psi etc a 3.5" is the absolute perfect exhaust especially on our New Big New Gen Turbos, nothing larger tbh, the end of the dp should always match the Dia of the exhaust so 3.5" Exhaust should have the dp end opened to 3.5" or it's pointless as you're not getting anywhere near the full effects of the exhaust.

Proper maintenance prior to turbo install & other high performance mods are essential to overall success of your build.Proper warm up & cool down is essential to keeping your turbocharger healthy.

Nearly all Turbo issues can be avoided by the end user.

NOTE: Please don't touch the compressor wheel "don't move the wheel from side to side" all you're doing is causing an issue. There will always be side to side play (Radial play) until oil pressure is present.
Warranty Info

Dynamic Autowerx offer a warranty to the original purchaser for the repair or replacement of their turbochargers for a period of up to 12 months on select turbochargers starting from the date of purchase. The warranty covers the turbocharger for faulty workmanship or faulty components and does not extend to turbochargers damaged due to misuse in fitting or operation or lack of supporting mods or hardware new oil lines & return lines are required for older high mileage cars. In many cases the oem exhaust even when modified is not adequate & could result in a premature failure. Please read turbocharger trouble guide in order to ensure the reason for failure of the previous turbocharger has been eradicated before fitment of the replacement unit. Proof and date of the original purchase and purchaser will be required before any warranty claim will be contemplated. Units for which a claim is being made must be returned to Dynamic Autowerx complete, any attempt to dismantle or repair the unit will invalidate the conditions of the warranty. The warranty does not cover the cost of any labour or materials required to remove or re – install the turbocharger, or any other ancillary costs other than those directly attributable to the repair or replacement of the turbocharger itself. All other liabilities such as indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit) are expressly excluded.

It is vital that the turbocharger is fitted correctly. Please follow all vehicle manufacture’s instructions as well as the removing and refitting a turbocharger is a relatively simple task but should not be attempted by anyone without the necessary experience or expertise to do so. Dynamic Autowerx insist that his or her turbochargers are fitted by someone possessing the knowledge to do so correctly. Incorrect fitting, improper tune, poor engine condition or maintenance, insufficient or incorrect air or oil filtration or signs of lack of lubrication will all lead to a claim being rejected.

Most turbocharger failures occur due to oil related issues, engine related problems, improper tuning & improper exhaust setup which if not eliminated will result in the failure of the replacement unit very quickly but without warranty cover. In order to assist claimants and prevent further problems, Dynamic Autowerx will issue a report on the condition of any turbocharger returned during the warranty period. This is usually a very good indicator as to the reason for any turbocharger’s premature failure.
